Blue Vistas Cabin is located in Stanardsville, VA.  Our driveway is accessed directly off Route 33, three and 1/2 miles east of Skyline Drive and 5 miles West of Stanardsville.

From Charlottesville

Distance: approximately 28 miles.

1. Take US-29 N. to Ruckersville.
2. Turn LEFT onto SPOTSWOOD TRL/US-33 W.
3. Follow US-33 W. approximately 11 miles.
4. You will see signs for Business 33, you do not need to take this, as we are past the town. Blue Vistas Cabin is located about 5 miles West of Stanardsville, on the LEFT.
5. After you pass Stanardsville, Route 33 narrows to become a 2 lane road. Once this happens you are within 3 miles of the Cabin.
6. The driveway to the Cabin is located directly off Route 33.
   
7. You will see a sign for ROUTE 634 / Bull Yearling road on your RIGHT. Stay on Route 33 but once you see this sign slow down, you will be taking the next LEFT.
8. Take the next LEFT off of Route 33 onto Route 634 / Mutton Hollow Road.
9. Take an IMMEDIATE LEFT onto the gravel driveway. You will not travel down Route 634/Mutton Hollow road at all, our driveway is IMMEDIATELY ON YOUR LEFT.

* If you come to the Excel Gas Station, Blue Ridge Pottery, or enter Shenendoah National Park you have gone too far.

From Harrisonburg

Distance: approximately 27 miles.

1. Take US-33 E. and follow towards the Blue Ridge Mountains. Approximately 25 Miles.
2. As you come down from the mountain, you will first pass Blue Ridge Pottery on your Right.
3. Blue Ridge Pottery will be the first building on your RIGHT after coming down from the mountain.
4. Continue down Route 33 East, about 1 mile after passing the Pottery and the Excel Gas Station.
5. Turn RIGHT onto Route 634 / Mutton Hollow Road.
6. Make an IMMEDIATE LEFT onto our gravel driveway. (you will not continue down Route 634 at all, the driveway is immediately on your LEFT).

From Richmond

Distance: approximately 95 miles.

1. Take I-64 W towards Charlottesville approximately 63 miles.
2. Take the US-250 exit (exit number 124) toward CHARLOTTESVILLE/SHADWELL.
3. Turn RIGHT onto US-250 W/RICHMOND RD. Continue to follow US-250 W. 2 miles.
4. At bottom of big hill, Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US-250 BYP W/LONG ST. Continue to follow US-250 BYP W. approximately 2.5 miles.
5. Take the US-29 N ramp toward WASHINGTON.
6. Take US-29 N. to Ruckersville.
7. Turn LEFT onto SPOTSWOOD TRL/US-33 W.
8. Follow US-33 W. approximately 11 miles.
9. You will see signs for Business 33, you do not need to take this, as we are past the town. Blue Vistas Cabin is located about 5 miles West of Stanardsville, on the LEFT.
10. After you pass Stanardsville, Route 33 narrows to become a 2 lane road. Once this happens you are within 3 miles of the Cabin.
11. The driveway to the Cabin is located directly off Route 33.
    
12. You will see a sign for ROUTE 634 / Bull Yearling road on your RIGHT. Stay on Route 33 but once you see this sign slow down, you will be taking the next LEFT.
13. Take the next LEFT off of Route 33 onto Route 634 / Mutton Hollow Road.
14. Take an IMMEDIATE LEFT onto the gravel driveway. You will not travel down Route 634/Mutton Hollow road at all, our driveway is IMMEDIATELY ON YOUR LEFT.

From Washington DC

Distance: approximately 110 miles.

1. Take I-66 W. approximately 32 miles.
2. Merge onto US-29 S via exit number 43A toward GAINESVILLE/WARRENTON.
3. Stay straight to go onto JAMES MADISON HWY/US-17 S/US-15 S. Continue to follow JAMES MADISON HWY.
4. JAMES MADISON HWY becomes US-29 S. 27.8 miles
5. Turn Right onto US-33 W./SPOTSWOOD TRL.
6. Follow US-33 W. approximately 11 miles.
7. You will see signs for Business 33, you do not need to take this, as we are past the town. Blue Vistas Cabin is located about 5 miles West of Stanardsville, on the LEFT.
