Are there 2 Cabins or 1? Blue Vistas Cabin is 1 building divided into 2 separate units ( like a duplex). Each unit has its own entrance, screened porch, gas grill and private hot tub.
How many people does this unit sleep? Each unit accommodates a maximum of 2 adults.
I am really tall, will I be comfortable? The sitting room of both units has original exposed ceiling beams which hang down. Guests over 6'4" may not be comfortable here.
Can I bring my baby/child? No. This property is not suitable for babies or children.
Can I bring my pet? No, sorry.
Is smoking permitted? Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas.
What is included with my stay? All linens are provided, including bedsheets, comforter, bath towels, table cloth, and a kitchen towel. Basic toiletries including handsoap, shower gel and shampoo. Two spa robes make trips to the hot tub easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware. Appliances include coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator, oven and toaster.Coffee, Tea, Cream and Sugar, Salt and Pepper are stocked in the cabin. Local hiking and biking guides, a backpack and picnic basket are also included. A gas grill and grilling tools are on the porch of each unit.
What do I need to bring with me? Bring any snacks or groceries you will need during your stay. The tap water is safe to drink (wonderful mountain spring water) but bring bottled water if you prefer. Each unit has its own private hot tub so bring your swim suits. A small DVD library is provided but feel free to bring your own favorites.
Does the unit have down pillows or bedding? No, all of our linens and pillows are hypo-allergenic.
Is there an iron and ironing board? Yes.
Is there a Barbeque? Yes, NEW FOR 2011 - a gas grill has been added to the patio of each unit. Grilling tools provided also.
Is there Internet? Yes, NEW FOR 2011 - Blue Vistas Cabin features complimentary wireless internet. Bring your own laptop or computer.
Is parking close to the Cabin? There is a gravel parking area located just below the Cabin.
Can I rent the cabin for just one night?Yes. One night reservations are accepted 48 hours in advance, at the Peak Fall Season Rate of $199 all year long. A one night stay must be booked by phone, as our online resrvation system cannot accept them.
